Next meeting: Monday, June 6, 2011, 6:30 p.m., Madison Public Library

The main purpose of this unusual meeting of the Lake Herman Sanitary District is to set the annual election date. The death of board member Lawrence Dirks has left the board with only one member, Cory Allen Heidelberger. One member does not constitute a quorum; the district thus cannot conduct any regular business. However, counsel has advised that this meeting may be called to designate an election date.

Any residents of the district interested in serving on the board are welcome to visit with Heidelberger during this meeting about board duties, powers, finances, and potential projects.

3. Treasurer's Report.
4. Approve payment of bills: Madison Daily Leader, Jerome Lammers
5. Set July election date.
6. Discuss board vacancies with any interested residents.
